From Monday 16 January 2023, Urgent Appointments will be released every day at 08:00 only for the whole day. Once these appointments are fully booked, you will be signposted to other services eg NHS 111, Walk-in-Centre at Finchley Memorial Hospital, or Urgent Care Centre at Chase Farm Hospital for a GP appointment.

Non-Urgent/Routine Appointments

Once our appointments are fully booked for non-urgent/routine issues, you will be offered an appointment on a Saturday at Carlton House Hub, 28 Tenniswood Road, Enfield, Middx, EN1 3LL (close to Enfield Town), where GP appointments have been allocated for Southgate Surgery patients.

Enfield Unity Extended Access Services

There are some urgent appointments available through the Enfield Unity Extended Access Services based at Eagle House and Carlton House sites between 6:30pm to 8pm weekdays, 9am- 8pm Saturdays and 8am-8pm on Sundays and bank holidays. To book, rearrange or cancel these appointments when we are closed, please call 0208 370 4910. Lines are open 6.30pm-8pm weekdays and 9-5pm on Saturday. For anything urgent call 111 – call 999 in an emergency.
