Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service. This is an emergency service to deal with medical emergencies, and not for those problems which could have been dealt with earlier in the day, or could quite reasonably wait until the doctor’s next surgery.

In a life-threatening emergency, it is more appropriate to telephone 999.

Closed Weekends & Bank holidays 2021/2022

If patients need medical attention during weekends or Bank holidays, please call the NHS Out-of-Hours Service NHS 111 when the surgery is closed and if you feel it cannot wait until we reopen.

In an emergency, please call 999.

Examples of an emergency include chest pains, shortness of breath, stroke, slurred speech, severe bleeding, allergic reaction causing swelling of the lips or tongue.
